
曹文翰,博士,上海科技大学信息学院助理教授、研究员、博导,材料器件中心合作导师。2015年于复旦大学信息学院获得本科学位,2020年于美国波士顿大学获得博士学位(导师:Prof. Keith A. Brown),2021年入选上海市海外高层次人才计划。曹文翰博士于2021年加入上海科技大学信息科学与技术学院后摩尔器件与集成系统中心,主持国家自然科学基金等多项国家级项目,并担任全国纳米技术标委会低维纳米委员会委员、中国光学工程学会高级会员、中国通信学会第一届太赫兹通信委员会委员、中国仿真学会集成微系统建模与仿真专委会第二届委员会委员。他的研究领域主要包括柔性电子器件、软体机器人、太赫兹超表面器件、多层级微纳传感器件等。研究论文以第一作者或通讯作者发表在Nature Communications、Nano Letters、PhotoniX、Advanced Science、Advanced Functional Materials、Laser & Photonics Reviews、Advanced Quantum Technologies、IEEE Journal of Selected Topics in Quantum Electronics等学术期刊上。授权美国专利1项,授权国家发明专利3项。获得Wiley威立中国高贡献作者荣誉,担任FlexMat青年编委、Wearable Electronics青年编委、中国激光杂志社Chinese Optics Letters青年编委、《红外与毫米波学报》青年编委、《无线电通信技术》青年编委。担任Nature Communications等期刊审稿人。
